Do you make custom designs?

I can take custom orders for digital files only. You have to be able to cut the custom stencil your self or take it to a business that does laser cutting.

You can always get in touch with me by emailing info@westcoaststencils.ca or fill out the 'contact us' form in the quick links at the bottom of this page. Please include a high resolution png or jpeg image of what you are wanting so I can give you a quote. Prices for a custom file vary depending on the design, logo or quality of art supplied. Prices are not the same as downloads you see on this website.

Also, if there is a particular design you would like to see in my shop, please get in touch and I will do my best to make it happen.

Are your stencils food safe?

Yes! All stencils are made with 7.5mil (.0075") high quality food grade mylar made in the USA and are washable and reusable.

Can you make any of your stencil designs larger?

Yes I can. No problem.

If you would like a larger image of a digital design made, please get in touch with me by filling out the 'contuct us' form at the bottom of this page. Or you can email me with a screen shot of the design/s you would like made larger.

How do I care for my stencil?

Food colour easily comes off by rinses the stencil under warm water. Lie flat to dry on paper towel or a tea towel, pat dry. You may use dish soap if you like, but be careful not to bend any parts of your stencil.

Policy for Digital Files

You May:

- Use for personal use only.

- Use this file for decorating your baked goods or on your craft projects you sell.

- Use this file to cut a stencil for personal use, but you CANNOT sell the physical stencil you cut.

- Change the size of the design for what you need. 

You May Not:

- Sell the files or any part of the files or image.

- Make another digital file with any part of the original files.

- Alter the original files an any way.

- Not share any part of these files.

- Claim the images as your own. Copyright does not transfer ownership to the purchaser. The images belong to the rightful owner.

All sales are final on digital downloads, however, please let me know if you have any issues with the purchased file.

We ship from Chilliwack, BC, Canada.

If you are International, please email me to get a shipping quote.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Shipping is via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at check out. All shipping comes with tracking.

Expedited postage arrival dates are not guaranteed.

*Standard letter mail for stencils only is available on my Etsy Shop WestcoastStencils. If there is a specific stencil you are wanting to purchase that you don't see on Etsy, please message Gabe via Etsy so the stencil can be renewed or a custom listing made for you.

US CUSTOMERS: Expedited postage, Express and Priority are the only rates available. All shipping comes with tracking.

Expedited postage arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Please be aware that the duty free customs minimum limit has been suspended due to the 'tariff war'.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: International orders now only ship as a tracked package with Canada Post.

** NO LONGER SHIPPING TO GERMANY due to the new packaging law.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES may be applied to International and US orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Any extra charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary from country to country.

PLEASE NOTE: I am always searching for cheaper shipping options. I want to provide the best options for my customers. Postal fees may change on an ongoing bases.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 2-4 working days to process your order. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays and does not include delivery time.

Unfortunately, Canada Post is a bit backlogged due to being on strike for a few weeks. You can expect your orders to take an extra 2-4 days to arrive at this time. Canada Post is not guaranteeing any arrival dates.

Estimated shipping time for Canada is 4-10 business days.

Estimated shipping time for the US is 6-10 business days, but can take as long as 15 days, especially the months Nov. and Dec.

Estimated shipping time for Europe and other international countries is 7-15 business days. Customs may slow down the delivery arrival time.

Returns and Refunds

Do you offer returns or refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final on digital downloads, however, please let me know if you have any issues with the purchased file.

Westcoast Stencils is happy to accept returns or exchanges on physical products. All products must be in their original packaging and unused.

The return postage is the purchasers responsibility. Westcoast Stencils is not responsible or obligated to pay for postage on products that the purchaser has changed their mind about or no longer wants to use due to their order arriving late. Westcoast Stencils will not pay for return postage on any orders that are delayed by Canada Post, USPS or any courier services.

If your products arrived damaged, please let me know asap and I will be happy to send you a replacement. I may require a photo for proof of damage. If there are any mistakes that is the fault of Westcoast Stencils, the postage will be covered.

Your refund must be approved first. Once your refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original method of payment.

Postage for all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the mistake was by Westcoast Stencils or an item was damaged when shipped.

Lost Orders: Occasionally (not too often) an order does not show up which is no ones fault. When tracking is not purchased there is no way to tell where an order is. Unfortunately Westcoast Stencils has been burned in the past. For this reason Wescoast Stencils has put a NO REFUND POLICY in place on large orders that have no tracking. If you are living outside of North America and you're order did not show up, please email gabeatwestcoast@gmail.com to start a conversation about your lost order.
